This Channel is enabled to report any <strong>violation or risk of violation of external or internal regulations<\/strong>.<\/p><p>SMS\u2019 Internal Information System consists of the following <strong>elements<\/strong>:<\/p><ul><li>Whistleblowing Channel Policy <em><a href=\"https:\/\/sms-defensa.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/SMS-Whistleblowing-Channel-Policy-1.0-22.03.24.pdf\">(download it here)<\/a>.<\/em><\/li><li>Whistleblowing Channel Management Procedure, where the functioning of the Channel is regulated in detail<em>.<\/em><\/li><li>Whistleblowing Channel Manager.<\/li><li>Whisthleblowing Channel, or in-person meeting with the Compliance Officer.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>SMS<\/strong>\u2019 Whistleblowing Channel respects the following <strong>rights and guarantees<\/strong>:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Confidentiality <\/strong> of all the people involved in the communication, as well as all the actions carried out in its processing.<\/li><li>The possibility of making the communication <strong>anonymously<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Absence of reprisals<\/strong> against persons who communicate <strong>in good faith<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Processing of personal data in accordance with current legislation<\/strong>.
