1. Who is the data controller?

2. What kind of data do we have about you and how did we obtain it?
The categories of personal data we process from customers and suppliers are:

IV. Economic and transaction data
V. Navigation data
VI. Specially protected data: health, in the case of employees.
We have obtained all of the above-mentioned data either directly from you by submitting a commercial offer, contractual proposal, etc. or from your company by providing us with the identification data and other information necessary to carry out the purpose of the contractual relationship between the parties. It shall be you or your company’s obligation
to provide us with the updated data in the event of any changes.
3. For what purpose do we process your data?
We process the data provided to us in order to manage various activities arising from specific procedures carried out in the areas of sales, after-sales service, supplier management, quality of services, etc. In this way, we will use your data to carry out one of the following actions:
I. Providing the requested services or delivery of the purchased product.
II. Sending the information requested through the contact form on our website or any other means of contact with our company.

4. How long will we keep your data?
The personal data relating to individuals linked to potential customers, customers and suppliers that we collect through the various contact forms and/or collection of information (including data collected through cookies, if applicable) will be retained until their deletion is requested by the interested party. The data provided
by our customers and suppliers will be kept for as long as the business relationship between the parties is maintained, respecting in any case the minimum legal retention periods depending on the subject matter.
Employee data shall be retained for as long as the employment relationship is maintained and in any case in accordance with the provisions of the relevant labour legislation.
In the case of images obtained by the video-surveillance system, the period of conservation of the same shall be 1 month, in accordance with the provisions of Article 22.3 of the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), unless they shall be kept for delivery to the competent authorities.
In any event, we will keep your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary taking into account our needs to respond to issues raised or resolve problems, make improvements, activate new services and comply with requirements under applicable law. This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period of time even after you have stopped using our products or you have stopped using this website. After this period, your personal data will be deleted from all our systems.
5. What is the legitimate basis for the processing of your data?
